I appreciated that hotel had very good staff and location. The amazing onsite restaurant had lots of food.

My hotel room was fantastic and outstanding with all the neccesary ammenities.

It was luxurious and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with attentive staff and handy location right on the Grand canal.

The hotel was picture perfect, I loved its perfect location and staff.

The venue is exceptionally clean and big, views are magic, the location is peaceful just next door to restaurants.

I loved it, the hotel is clean, has great staff and location. The property room was good sized with a rear patio. Tbh, had a very good stay at exactly the same time 2pm.

Had really good stay in post covid time and the weather was lovely. What a delightfully helpful staff, they gave us a newly remodelled room with balcony, view on the back yard.

Overall I loved that beautifully restored hotel. The room was non-smoking, spacious bed too. Enjoyable breakfast included sausages, bread, pastries and cakes. The service was flawless during all my amazing stay.

My stay was luxury, I loved that it was exceptionally clean throughout, with memorable views and gorgeous lovation adjacent to the canal, train station.

The room was soundproof, amicable staff. Its location was very central, a short walk to Lista di Spagna. Close to a train station in the shopping area.

Extremely friendly staff & unbeatable location. Abundant breakfast, incredible service. The bed was perfect and it was great having balcony, free wireless internet and terrace. All facilities were adequate too. Loved Venice, the hotel was affordable...

I loved this hotel, its location and staff. Splendid venue in relatively quiet area. Good restaurant in the hotel. Small garden and lovely pool.

Accommodation was big enough and UNIQUE, beds were so so comfy. Excellent accommodating staff and were happy to help.

The setting was not so great.

The breakfast was delicious there, the beds where very comfy, all you need for a quite comfortable stay. Our rooms were amazing and common. The location was top, relatively close to an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. Very polite crew, perfect service. Enjoyed quick check-in.

We are happy to say that we loved location and rooms. Bedrooms are twin here. Lots of facilities like: terrace and complimentary Wi-Fi. Customer service simply can't be beat too. Need to be added that it has free wifi throughout the property.

Very clean and well-kept place. Pizzeria Quanto Basta was located 5 minutes walk away.

All in all, I spend my time very nicely. Cannaregio district is worth seeing.

Connected to a bus stop by a short stroll. We loved staff and the food here. Cannaregio and other tourist destinations were at a small distance. San Marco district was worth visiting.
